Most of the people love to travel. Traveling is pleasurable alongside didactic. But most of the time we face some problem at the time of traveling in a new place. To overcome those difficulty here are some tips for the tourist.
- Study about the place: Which place you decide to visit at first try to know about the place such as its custom, people, culture, food habit, weather, accommodation and security system etc.
- Time select: Choose a perfect time for traveling so that you make the vacation enjoyable.
- Comfortable dress: It is very necessary to select a comfortable dress at the time of traveling. Before traveling to know about local climate and weather therefore you may decide what kind of dress will match for that place.
- Avoid electronics goods: Always try to avoid valuable electronics equipment such as cell phone, handy camera. These things may make you the target of evil people.
- Keep small amount cash: Always keep a little amount money with you. It is safe for you. Try to use credit card or debit card.
- Copy all important papers: When you leave for your journey, copy all of your necessary travel documents such as your ID card, passport, visa papers, travel itineraries and other important documents so that if something occurs to the original documents, it will help you to get a replacement easily.
- Don’t advertise that you are a traveler: when you visit any new place then don’t say it to local people that you are a traveler because it may be risky for you sometime. There are some evil people who often are looking for a chance to harm the tourist.
- Inform someone about your plan: when you want to make a trip. Please tell your plan at least one person where you want to visit, which day where you stay, how many days you want to stay, which are your trip partner. It will help if anything happen on your trip to locate you.
- Keep first-aid: It would be better for you to keep first aid box with you. Moreover you should always keep mineral water with you.
- Make trip with a group: If you travel any place with group it is much better than visit alone. When you travel with group you will get all kinds of support and help from your group members.
- Make new friends: When you visit alone a place make friendship with other travelers so that you share your experience and help each other if necessary.
- Keep local phone directory: you should keep a phone book so that if necessary you may call any kind of agencies for emergency support such as ambulance, police, local foreign ministry etc.
- Don’t share personal information: Without necessary do not give any kind of personal information to others.
- Try to learn common local words: Which places you want to travel try to learn their basic language because there are some people who do not understand your language or English. That’s why you should learn some necessary local words so that you can easily hire a taxi cab or give order for menu or able to purchase something from local shop.
- Keep mobile phone far from other valuables: At the time of visiting any place. You should always keep away your cellular phone from other valuable things so that if those are stolen, then you still capable to call for a taxi cab or any kind of help other agencies so that as soon as possible you will get lost valuable things.
