Kathmandu which is on Bagmathi River, the capital city of Nepal, is a very attractive city. October to March is the best time to visit Kathmandu valley. You may go there by air or by bus. Tribhuvan International Airport is the only international airport in Nepal. Most of the flights operate via Delhi or Bangkok, and of a few numbers of flights arrive from outside Asia. Bus service is also available from India and rest of the part of the country. For local transport buses, taxis and rickshaws are also available.

There are many first class hotels, luxury hotels, budget hotel, comfortable lodges and resorts offers accommodation options to suite all budgets.

The nightlife of kathmundu is not attractive for the viewers. In Kathmandu you may enjoy Indian film and western film as well. Some hotels and restaurant offer folk song for the visitor.

The sewage system of the county is not good that’s why the clean water is not available for drinking. There are often chances to pick pocket in crowd place.
